Alicia Romero

My favorite memory of Alicia is from when we were just getting to know each other. One day I was sitting in the lunch room eating, I don't even remember what it was. I think my lunch had shrimp in it and Alicia walked by me and was like, "Oooh that looks good, I want some". Then she stuck her finger in my food and grabbed some. I wasn't expecting that so I guess I looked a little shocked and we both started laughing. Then, like an hour later, Alicia came over to me and said "Um, I hope you don't mind that I stuck my finger in your food". We both totally bursted out laughing. Then she told me that she had gone back to her desk and was worried she was going to get an OA from Human Resources that it is not appropriate to stick your fingers in other people's food (for those of you not employed at PMG, an OA is an inter-office email we all share). I think we laughed for five minutes because everyone knows it's not good to get one of those kind of OA's. So, I'm glad that this will probably be the way I remember her best because it always brings a smile to my face, just like her.

Alicia had the funniest since of humor ever. We would joke about my Alli accidents, recipies, and the most random things we ever thought of.  I have always asked her for advice and she was always full of wisdom and honesty. The first time I went over the her house my son fell in love with her daughter. It seriously was the cuttest thing we have ever seen. Her life was revolved her kids and family and I really admired that. I loved the walks we would take together. If I knew our time was so limited, I would have walked with her forever. I love my friend!

Through  the years we have all shared special memories with Alicia.  Alicia was a free spirited person who we all loved for being herself.  We all shared so many stories,conversations and jokes together at PMG.  Alicia was very fun and made us all laugh with her silly and open ways,  especially during our walks at breaktime.  Alicia was always up for having a goodtime and we will always cherish those special moments we shared .  May God bless and bring peace to all who loved her.

ALICIA IS ONE OF THE SWEETEST PERSON HERE IN PMG....SHE ALWAYS HAD THAT VERY CUTE SMILE RESERVED FOR EVERYONE HERE AT WORK...SHE WAS ALMOST MY COFFEE BUDDY BECAUSE EVERYTIME I'M PREPARING TO MIX MY COFFEE WITH VERY HOT WATER, SHE WAS ALSO THERE WASHING/CLEANING HER MUG. SHE WAS THE ONE WHO ALWAYS FIRST SAY "HI PRINCESS MAYETH" AND IT IS JUST SAD THAT SHE IS NOT THERE ANYMORE..ALICIA YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART AND MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHT ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY.
